AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING EASEMENTS FOR 5EWER5 IN SEWER DISTRICT N0.
12-PP AND 14-L FROM ALPHON5E M. SCHONHOFF, RAYMOND C. SCHONHOFF,
LEO B. SCHONHOFF, WALTER F. SCHONHOFF, CHA.RLE5 N. HARRI5, LaROY
R. ROPER, AND NEW BOARD ST. FRA,NCIS MEDICAL CENTER, A NON PROFIT
CORPORATION, IN THE CITY AND COUNTY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, STATE OF
MI5 SOURI
WHEREA5, Alphonse M. 5chonhoff, Raymond C. 5chonhoff,
Leo B. Schonhoff, Walter F. Schonhoff, Charles N. Harris, LaRoy
R. Roper and New Board 5t. Francis Medical Center, a non profit
corporation, have executed easements for sewers in 5ewer District
No. 12-PP and 14-L, conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, land all in the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, and
all as more fully described hereinafter in the ordinance, and the
City desires to accept such easements and have the same recorded;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby
accepts easements� for sewers, executed by Alphonse M, 5chonhoff,
Raymond C. 5chonhoff, Leo B. Schonhoff, Walter F. 5chonhoff,
Charles N. Harris, LaRoy R. Roper and New Board 5t. Francis Medical
Center, a non profit corporation, conveying to the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, easements for sewexs in Sewer District No.
12-PP and 14-L on the following described real estate located in
the City and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri:
Part of Outlots No. 83 and 84, in U.S .P . 5urvey
No. 2199 , des:cribed as follows:
A strip of land l0 feet wide, lying 5 feet on
either side of the following described line:
Begin at a point on a line which is parallel
to and 5 feet west of the west line of Lot 1, Crites
First Addition, said point being 450 feet north of
the north line of Independence Street, measured
perpendicular thereto; thence south, parallel to
the said west line of Lot 1, to a point 5 feet north
of the south line of Independence Street, measured
perpendicular thereto; thence in a southwest direction
with a deflection angle of 41° 04 ' to the right,
708.9 feet; thence south with a deflection angle of
44° 29 ' to the left, 161 .2 feet to an extreme north
and east corner of the St. Francis Hospital tract;
thence continue south along the east line of said
hospital tract a distance of 625 . 7 feet and there
terminating, said last course of 625. 7 feet to convey a
strip of land 5 feet wide on the left (or east} side
of said course only.

described as follows :
A strip of land l0 feet wide, the ceriter line
of whi:ch is described as follows:
Begin at a point on the extension of the north
line of Luce Street, as same exists in Crites Third
Addition, said point bei:ng 5 feet west of ths southwest
corner of Lot 26, Block l, Crites Third Addition,
measured perpendicular to the west line of said
Lot 26; thence 5outh 27° 25 ' Wes:t, para11e1 to the
west line of said Lot 26, 1, 340 feet, more or less,
to a point, wh 'ich point is 445 feet north of the north
line of Independence Street, measured perpendicular
thereto; thence west, paralleT to the north line of
Independence Street, 500 feet, more or less, to a point
on the extension of the west line of Lot l, Crites
First Subdivision, and there terminating.
Part of Outlot No. 84 in U.S.P . Survey No. 21,99 ,
described as follows:
A strip of land lying 5 feet on eaCh side of the
following described line:
Start at the northwest corner of Outlot No. 84;
thence south along the west line of Outlot No. 84,
163 feet; thence South 84° 47' East, 35. 01 feet to
the northwest corner of the St. Francis Hospital
tract; the:nce east along the north line of said
tract, 1, 258 feet to the extreme north and east
corner of said tract for a point of beginning; thence
south along the east line of said tract, 625. 7 feet
to a corner of said tract, along which course the
land conveyed lies along the west side only; thence
continue south with the said east line extended,
500 feet; the:nce west perpendicular to the previous
course, 70 feet, and there terminating,
and it is ordered that said easements be recorded in the: Office
of the Recorder of Deeds of Cape Girardeau County, Missouri.
5ECTION 2. The easements hereby conveyed as described in
Section 1 hereof are for the purpose of enabling the City, its agents,
servants and assigns, to install, lay, ereCt, construct, maintain,
operate and repair a certain sewer pipe or sewer main which is to be
placed in, on, upon, or across said describe:d property, together with
all the useful, necessary and proper ad 'uncts �

SEGTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and appraval.
