file in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby apnroved ar� ordered filed.
SECTI0��1 3. Z'hat the owners of Iands in said Sewer Districts ido. 12-PP and.
11.-L are hereby granted permission to COIIS�+Z'UGj', said sys�em of sanitary trunk
sewers in Sewer Districts :�To. 1.2-PP an� �1.�-L, an� to connect sarne to existin�
se�trers in Se�rer Districts i�do. 12-I�t��i and �1.�-G, subject to the fo�low?n� privisions:
l. That proper authorit� has been secureu to proceed fror� the iLiissouri
C1ean l�a-�er Comm�.ssior.
2. That all perax�nent easements for sai� se:.rers on private pro�erty are
rr�.de to the City of Cape Girardeau, P�Iissouri, prior to execution of a contract
.for the wor'.K of construction of said sewE;rs.
3. That all City Ordinances, Stand�rd Speci£ications of the City, and
State laws applicable to this project cai7.1 be o�served i.n all respeets.
4. That the quality of �he work an�. materials be inspected by a�ents of
the Department of Public i��orks of the sai.d City, and the cost of said. ins�ections
be paid to said City follouring the completion o£ the work an.d its acceptance by
