AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A QUIT CLAIM DEED FROM CHARLE5 F. BLATTNER,
JR. , JOYCE E. BLATTNER, JERRY E. ERLBACHER, AND MARTHA. B. ERLBACHER,
FOR PART OF LOT 3, OUTLOT N0. 78A, U. S. PRIVATE SURVEY NO. 2199,
CITY .AND COUNTY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, STATE OF MIS50URI, FOR STI2EET
RIGHT-OF-WAY TO OPEN AND MAINTAIN KURRE LANE

WHEREA5, Cha�'les F . Blattner, Jr. , Joyce E. Blattner,
Jerry E. Erlbachex and Martha B. Erlbacher, have executed a Quit
Claim Deed, conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri,
part of Lot 3, 0utlot No. 78A, U. S . Private Survey No . 2199 , in
the City and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, as more fully
described hereinafter in this Ordinance, and the City desires to
accept such deed and have the same recorded;
NOV+1, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAPE GIRA.RDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri , hereby
accepts a Quit Claim Deed executed by Charles F. Blattner, Jr. ,
Joyce E. Blattner, Jerry E. Erlbacher and Martha B. Erlbacher,
conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, the following
described real estate located in the City and County of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri:
Part of Lot 3, Outlot No. 78A, U.S . Private
5urvey No. 2199 , City and County of Cape Girardeau,
State of Missouri, being a 50 foot wide strip of
land lying 25 feet either side of the following
described center line: Start at the intersection
of the north line of U.5 . Highway No. 61 and the
east line of said Outlot No. 78A; thence in a
northwest direction along a l° 58' curve to the
left on said north 1ine, 134.5 feet; thence continue
on said north line, N. 48° 36 ' t�T. , 40 .37 feet to a
point which is 150 feet west of the east line of
said Outlot No. 78A, measured normal thereto, for
the point of beginning; thence N. 7° 04' E . , parallel
to said east line, 526. 4 feet to the point of curve
of a 28° 16 ' curve to the right; thence in a
northeasterly direction with said 28° 16 ' curve to
the xight, 98.04 feet to the point of tangent of said
28° 16 ' curve to the right; thence N. 34° 47 ' E. ,
93.6 feet to the point of curve of a 19° 54 ' curve
to the left; therice in a northeasterly direction
with said 19° 54 ' curve to the left, 39 .94 feet to
the point of tangent of said 19° 54 ' curve to the
left on the south line of Kingsway Drive, and thexe
terminating. Said described land for the purpose
of opening and maintaining Kurre Lane.

5ECTION 2 . The Quit Claim Deed hexeby conveyed as
described in Section 1 hereof is for the purpose of enabling the
City, ,its agents , servants and assigns to operi and maintain
Kurre Lane, in the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
5EGTION 3 . It is ordered by the Council of the City of
Cape Girardeau that said deed be recorded by the City Clerk in
the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cape Girardeau County,
Missouri .
5EGTION 4 . Thi:s ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten c3ays after its passage and approval.
