AN ORDINANCE ESTABI,ISHING THE (�AIE OF AN ALLEY BETWEEIV GOOD HOPE
STREET AND BI,OOMFIELD STftEET� FROM IAUIS STREET TO MINNESOTA AVENUE,
IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIftAR]�AU, MISSOURI.
SE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARIEAU�
MISSOURI� AS FOLI,OWS:
5ECTION 1. That the grade as hereinafter described shall be the grade
for the center line of an alley between Good Hope Street and Bloomfield
Street� from Lov.is Street to Minnesota Avenue, and is with reference
to Mean Sea Level� given in feet and decimals thereof.
SECTION 2. Begin at the intersection of the center of said alley and
the East curb line of Louis Street, which point is 15 feet East of the
center of Ipui.s Street, said point, for the purpose of this description
shall be imown as Station 0-15� with an elevation of 383.20; thence
East to Station 0 + 00 to an elevation of 3g3•50; thence with a vertical
curve to an elevation of 382.15 at Station 0 + 30; thence with a
desc�nd��gr�fe of 10.76 per cent to an elevation of 381.61 at
Station 0 + 35; thence with a vertical curve to an elevation of 379•92
at Station 0 + 65; thence with a descending grade of 0.5 per cent to
an elevation of 379•50 at Station 1 + 50; thence with a vertical curve
to an elevation of 381.56 at Station 1 + 90; thence with an ascending
grade of 10.8 per cent to an elevation of 383•72 at Station 2 *10;
thence wi.th a vertical curve to an elevation of 3g6.$2 at Station 2 + 50;
thence with an ascending grade of 1�.7 per cent to an elevation of 390.58
at Station 3 + 29; thence with a vertical curve to an elevation of
390.g0 at Station 3 + 49 at the West curb line of Minnesota Avenue.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
after ten (10) days following its passage and approval.
