AN CRDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE (�iAi�E OF MARGARET S�tEET FROM LYNNWOOD IRIVE
TO MEIROSE AVEN[TE, IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOtktI.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOUI�I� AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. That the grade as hereinafter described shall be the grade for
the center of Margaret Street� from the edge of the existing concrete pavement
near the North line of Lynnwood Drive, North, 656.1� feet, to a point 35 feet
South of the center of Melrose Avenue, and is w:i.th reference to Mean Sea Level�
and is given in feet and decimals thereof.
SECTION 2. Begin at the edge of the existing concrete pavement near the
North line of 7�ynnwood Drive, which point for the purpose of this description�
shall be called Station 0 + 10� with an elevation of 4g1.16; thence with a
vertical curve to an elevation of 1+75.06 at Station 1 + 50; thence with a
descending grade of 11.55 percent to an elevation of k31.17 at Station 5 + 30;
thence wi.th a vertical curve to an elevation of 1�23.g0 at Station 6 + 30;
thence with a descending grade of 3.0 percent to an elevation of 1�22.70 at
Station 6 + 66�. which point is 35 feet� more or less, South of the center of
Melrose Avenue.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance sha11 take effect and be in force after
ten (10) days following its passage and approval.
