AN ORDINANCE REPEALING CITY MANAGER FORM ORDINANCE N0. 767 AND
ENACTING A NEW ORDINANCE ESTABLI5HING THE BOUNDARIE5 OF 5EWER
DISTRICT NO. 7.2-RR & 14-N, A 5UBDIVISION OF SEWER DISTRICTS NO.
12 & 14, APPROVING THE PLANS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A SYSTEM OF
SANITARY LATERA.L 5EWER5 IN SEWER DISTRICT N0. 12-RR & 14-N, AND
� AUTHORIZING THE CONSTRUCTION OF SANITARY LATER.AL SEWERS IN SEWER
DISTRICT N0. 12-RR & 14-N UNDER A PRIVATE CONTRACT 5UBJECT T0
CERTAIN PROVISIONS, IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE I�i' ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRAR.DEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. City Manager Form Ordinan�e No. 767 is hereby
repealed.
SECTION 2. That the boundaries of 5ewer District No .
12-RR & 14-N, a subdivision of Sewer Districts No. 12 & 14, in the
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, shall be as follows:
All of Chateau Manor in the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri.
SECTION 3 . That the plans for the construction of a system
of sanitary lateral sewers to serve Sewer District No. 12-RR & 14-N,
a copy of which are on file in the Office of the City Clerk, are
hereby approved and ordered filed.
SECTIOIQ 4. That the owner of lands in said 5ewer District
No. 12-RR & 14-N are hereby granted permission to construct said
system of sanitary lateral sewers in Sewer District No. 12-RR & 14-N,
and to connect same to existing sewers in Sewer District No. 12-00,
subject to the following provisions:
1. That proper authority has been secured to proceed
from the Missouri Clean Water Commission.
2. That all permanent easements for said sewers on
private property are made to the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, prior to execution of a contract for the work of
construction of said sewers .
3. That all City Ordinances, Standard Specifications
of the City, and State Laws appl.icab Te to this project will
be bbserved in all respects . -
4. That the quality of the work and materials be
inspected by the agents of the Department of Public Works
of the said City, and the cost of said inspections be paid
to said City following the completion of the work and its
acceptance by said City and the Missouri Clean Water
Commission.

SECTION 5. This ordinance is passed to correct an improper
description contained in City Manager Form Ordinance No. 767 .
5ECTION 6. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after ten days following its passage and approval.
