AN ORDINANCE AMENDING 5CHEDULE F OF SECTION 26-115 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCE5 OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, RELATING TO
THE PLACEMENT OF NO PARKING SIGNS ON THE EAST AND WE5T 5IDE OF
LINDA 5TREET BETWEEN WILLIAM AND GOOD HOPE, IN THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRA.RDEAU, MI550URI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, A5 FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. 5chedule F of Section 26-115 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, relating to
no parking zones is hereby amended by deleting the following
designation from said schedule:
"On the East and LJest side of Linda Street
between William and Good Hope. "
and inserting in lieu thereof the following loCation:
"On the East side of Linda 5treet from William
5treet, South 246 feet and from Good Hope,
North 136 feet. "
SECTION 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
