AN ORDIl`1ANCE ESTABLISHING THE BOUNDARY OF SEWER DISTRICT N0. 14-0, A SUBDI-
VISION OF SEWER DISTRICT N0. 14; APPROY.II�tG THE PLANS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A
SYSTEM OF SANITARY LATEAAL SEWERS IN SEWER DISTRICT N0. 11�-0, AND AUTHORIZING �HE
CONSTRUCTION OF SANITARY LATERAL SEWERS IN SEWER DISTRICT N0. 14-0 UNDER A PRI-
VATE CONTRACT SUBJECT TO CERTAIN PROVISIONS, IlV THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the boundaries of Sewer District No. 14-0, a subdivision of
Sewer District No. 1l�, in the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, shall be as
follows:
Part of U.S. Private Survey No. 2198, Township 31 North, Range 13 East,
described as follows:
Begin at the northeast corner of "Northfield First Subdivision"; thence
North 0° 49' West, on Range Line, 630.0 feet; thence South g9° 11� UVrest, 594.0
feet; thence South 0° 49' East, 630.0 feet; thence North 89° 11' East, 594.0
feet to the point of beginning.
SECTION 2. That the plans for the construction of a system of sanitary
lateral sewers to serve Sewer District No. 14-0, a copy of which are on file in
the office of the City Clerk, axe hereby approved and ordered filed.
SECTION 3. That the owners of the lands in said Sewer District No. 11�-0
are hereby granted permission to construct said system of sanitary lateral sewers
in Sewer District No. 14-0, and to connect same to existing sewers in Sewer
District No. 12-�1N and 11�-H.
1. That the proper authority has been secured to proceed from the M9.ssouri
Clean Water Commission.
2. That all permanent easements for said sewers on private property are
made to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missou.ri, prior to execution of a contract
for the work of construction of said sewers.
3. That all City Ordinances, Standard Specifications of the City, and State
Laws applicable to this project will be observed in all respects.
4. That the quality of the work and materials be inspected by the agents of
the Depart�nt of Public Works of the said City, and the cost of said inspections
be pa.id to said City following the completion of the work and its acceptance by
said City and the Missouri Clean Water Co�¢nisgion.
SECTION l�. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from
and after 10 days following its passage and ap roval.
