AiV ORDINANCE GRANTING A SPECIAL USE PERMIT TO HARLAN F. AND DAISY
N. 5TRONG FOR PURPOSE5 OF CONSTRUCTING, MAINTAINING AND OPERATIN G
AN UNATTACHED MOBILE HOME, TO BE LOCATED ON PART OF LOT N0. 112,
RANGE Q IN INGRAMS ADDITION, CITY AND COUNTY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI
WHEREAS,Harlan F. and Daisy N. Strong, are the owners of
certain property in the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, on which
they desire to construct, maintain and operate an unattached mobile
home for dwelling purposes; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed location of the said mobile home is .
201 North End Boulevard, in the City of Cape Girardeau, which said
property is presently zoned R-2; and,
WHEREAS, the Zoning Code of the City of Cape Girardeau
requires a 5pecial Use Permit be granted for a mobile home use
in a 5ingle-Family Dwelling District;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOW5:
SECTION 1. The City Council, having duly considered the
application finds that the granting of the Special Use Permit will
not substantially increase traffic hazards, congestion, fire hazards
or adversely affect the general character of the neighborhood or the
general weTfare of the community, nor will it overtax public
utilities or be in conflict with the comprehensive plan.
SECTION 2. A 5peci al Use Permit for the purpose of
constructing, maintaining and operating an unattached mobile home
for dwelling purposes in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, on the following
described property:
All that part of lot number one hundred twelve,
- (112) Range °'Q" in Ingrams addition, lying between
Chestnut Street and North End Boulevard and Lorimier
Street and Olive Street, except the East 100 feet
thereof
is hereby granted to Harlan F. and Daisy N. Strong, to be effective
ten (10) days after the date of passage and approval of this ordinance.
The special use must comply with all regulations set forth in the
Zoning Code for the district in which the use is located except those

which have been specifically excepted under this permit, all other
applicable ordinanCes of the City of Cape Girardeau and any special
conditions contained in the Special Use Permit, a copy of which is
attached hereto, marked "Exhibit A" and incorporated herein by
reference. The Mayor is hereby given the power to execute the
Special Use Permit for and on behalf of the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri .
SECTION 3 . This ordinance shall be in full. forCe and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.

SPECIAL USE PFRMIT
Harlan F. Strong and Daisy N. Strong are hereby granted
a Special Use Permit for the purposes of placing, utilizing and
maintaining an unattached single mobile home for dwelling purposes
in the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, on the following described
property for an indefinite period:
All that part of lot number one hundred twelve,
(112) in Range °'Q" in Ingrams addition, lying between
Chestnut Street and North End Boulevard and Lorimier
Street and Olive Street, exCept the East 100 feet
�thereof
The Special Use Permit is granted upon the condition that
the Applicants be bound by all City OrdinanCes which pertain to the
Special Use Permit ancl that the Applicants be bound by the following
conditions which are imposed as a condition ot issuance of this
Special Use Permit . Upon the failure of the Applicants to comply
with these speCial conditions , the Special Use Permit will
automatically terminate with the righ� of the City of Cape Girardeau
to enter upon the land to abate such special use.
' SP�CIAL CONDITIO?QS:
1. Use is restricte� to an unattached single mobile home
to be used for the residence of Harlan F. Strong and
Daisy i:J. Strong only and may not be rented or leased
to others .
2 . Special Use Permit not transferrable without consent
of the City Council.
3. Special use shall meet all R-2 District zoning
regulations .
4. Additions or modifications from original building
permit must be approved by the City Council.
5. Special use limited to lifetime of_ present owners ,
Harlan F. Strong and Daisy !1. Strong.
6. The house presently located on the premises shall be
to�n down and reznoved before the mobile home can be set
on the premises .

This �pecial Use Permit shall be binding upon the
administrators , heirs , successors , and assigns of Harlan F. Strong
and Daisy N. Strong.
