CITY MANAGER FORM ORDINANCE N0. �06
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE GRADE OF RANDOL AVENUE, FROM LYNNv^100D DRIVE
TO GI�NRIDGE DRIVE, IN THF CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MCSSOURI.
BE IT ORDAINED BF THE COUNCIL OF THL CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOTr]S:
SECTION 1. That the grade as hereinafter described shall be the grade for
the center line of Randol Avenue, from the end of the existing concrete pavement
at the north line of Lynnwood Drive to Glenridge Drive, and is with reference
to Mean Sea Level, and is given in feet and decimals thereof.
SECTION 2. Begin at the end of the existing concrete pavement at the north
side of Lynnwood Drive, which point for the purpose of this description shall be
known as Station 0 + Og.2, c�rith an elevation of 472.72; thence north to an
elevatior. of !�']2.75 at Station 0 + 1Q; thence with a vertical curve to an eleva-
tion of 1�70.10 at Station 0 + 50; thence with a descending grade of 1i�.5 percent
to an elevation of 468.65 at Station 0 + 60; thence with a vertical curve to an
elevation of 1�63,92 at Station 1 + 10; thence with a descending grade of 4.44
percent to an elevation of 463.03 at Station 1 + 30; thence with a vertical curve
to an elevation of 461.g9 at Station 1 + 50; thence �th a descending grade of
7.0 percent to an elevation of 459.79 at Station 1 + 80; thence with a vertical
curve to an elevation of l�57.63 at Station 2 + 20; thence with a descenc�ing grade
of 3.86 percent to an elevation of 450.82 at Station 3 + 96.3 at a point 5 feet �"
v,�st of the end of the existing pavement at the south side of Glenridge Drive;
thence with the same elevation of said pa.vement to its north extremity, wnich
is approaimately 35 feet north of the center of Glenridge �rive.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force after
ten (10) days following its passage an� approval.
