AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE C OF SECTION 26-212 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MIS50URI, RELATING TO THE
PLACEMENT OF STOP SIGN5 AT GOOD HOPE AND CHRISTINE; GOOD HOPE
AND 50UTH PLA.�A WAY; BENTON AND THEMIS; LACEY AND SUN5ET; BROOKWOOD
AND JANET; BROOKWOOD AND MA5TERS; BRINK AND MINNESOTA; AND MT. AUBURN
AND HOPPER ROAD, IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOW5:
SECTION l. Stop signs are hereby authorized at the
following intersections by ameriding Schedule C of 5ection 26-212
of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri ,
to include the following:
l. Good Hope and Christine, facing East and West.
2 . Good Hope and 5outh Plaza Way, facing East and West.
3 . Benton and Themis, facing 5outh.
4. Lacey and 5unset, facing West.
5. Brookwood and Janet, facing West.
6 . Brookwood and Masters, facing West.
7 . Brink and Minnesota, facing West.
8. Mt. Auburn and Hopper Road, facing East.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
teri days after its passage and approval .
