BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
5ECTION 1. Schedule F of Section 26-115 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau relating to no parking zones
is hereby amended to include the following locations:
On the South side of William 5treet between 5heridan and
Albert.
On the West side of Albert Street between William and Good Hope.
On the North side of Good Hope between Albert and Sheridan.
On the East side of Sheridan between Good Hope and William.
On the South side of the 1500 block of Luce between Franklin
and Keller.
On the North and South side of the 600 block of Olive between
5prigg and Frederick.
On the East and West side of the first block of South Sheridan
Drive from the 5outh edge of the Missouri Pacifi c Railroad
tracks South a distance of three hundred eight (308) feet.
On the North side of Independence, from Caruthers two hundred
(200) feet East.
On the East and West side of Linda Street between William
and Good Hope.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
