Kruse and Pearline Kruse, have executed easements for sewers in Sewer District Nos . lOB & 15A and lOC & 15B, conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri , land all in the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, and all as more fully described hereinafter in the ordinance, and the City desires to accept such easements and have the same recorded; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION l. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby accepts easements for sewers, executed by Ruth Kelso Renfrow and Louis Huber Renfrow; John A. Inman; Paul L. Mansfield and Mary K. Mansfield; Michael Dean Revelle and Angela Louise Revelle; Ruben Richard Whittaker and Lucy Myrtle T�Thittaker; Clyde L. Rahkopf and Virginia L. Rahkopf; J. C. Moore and Thresa H. Moore; Harold G. Walker and Kathleen K. Walker; Elwood 5tausing and Alene C. 5tausing; Otis Joseph Seabauc}h and Barbara Jean Seabaugh; and Thomas C. Kruse and Pearline Kruse, conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, easements for sewers in Sewer District Nos . lOB & 15A and lOC and 15B on the following described real estate located in the City and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri: � ...--.—:.� . � , � • , Ruth Kelso Renfrow and Louis Huber Renfrow. Part of Lot 11, Block E, Country Club Place, described as follows: A strip of land 10 feet wide, the center line of said strip being described as follows: Start at the extreme east corner of Lot 10 , B lock F, Capaha Garde n.s, on the center line of Capaha Trail; thence North 23° 38' West, 296 . 8 feet; thence North 58° 23 ' West, 270 feet, to a point hereinafter referred to as Point A, from which point the northwest corner of said Lot l0 bears 5outh 34° 33 ' West, 68. 7 feet; thence continue North 58° 23 ' West, 70 feet, more or less, to the east line of Lot 11, Block E, Country Club Place, for a point of beginning; then�e continue North 58° 23' West, 83. 3 feet to a point from which Point A, heretofore described, bears South 58° 23 ' East, 153. 3 feet; thence North 68° 44 ' West, 384. 3 feet; thence North 53° 18' West, 138. 2 feet, from which point the southwest corner of said Lot 11 bears 5outh 40° 51' West, 79 . 3 feet; thence continue North 53° 18' West to the west line of said Lot ll, and there terminating. The City requires the easements only for the purpose of making connections, with future maintenance to be the responsibility of the property owners. Thomas C. Kruse and Pearline Kruse. Part of Lot 5, Block G, Capaha Gardens , being a tract of land as same is described in a deed recorded in Book 210 at Page 246 in the land records of Cape Girardeau County, Missouri, described as follows : All that part of said tract of land lying on the i�orth, or right side of the following described line: Begin at the Northeast corner of Lot 5; thence South 68° 30 ' West, 173 feet, more or less , to the East line of said tract for a point of beginning; thence continue South 68° 30 ' West 135 feet, more or less to the West line of Lot 5, and there terminating. and it is ordered that said easements be recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cape Girardeau County, Missouri. 3. . � � �� � � - 5ECTION 2. The easements hereby conveyed as described in Section 1 hereof are for the purpose of enabling the City, its agents, servants and assigns, to install, lay, erect, construct, maintain, operate and repair a certain sewer pipe or sewer main which is to be placed in, on, upon, or across said property described, together with all the useful, necessary and proper adjuncts , appurtenances, manholes, and applianCes in connection therewith. 5ECTION 3.
