AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A QUIT CLAIM DEED FROM PIONEER ORCHARDS CO.
FOR PART OF U. 5 . PRIVATE SURVEY NO. 174, TOWLV5HIP 30 NORTH, RANGE
13 EAST, CITY AND COUNTY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, STATE OF MISSOURI, FOR
5TREET RIGHT-OF-WAY
WHEREA5, Pioneer Orchards Co. , a Corporation, has executed
a Quit Claim Deed, conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau part of
U. S. Private Survey No. 174, Township 30 North, Range 13 East, in
the City and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri , as more fully
described hereinafter in this ordinance, and the City desires to
accept such deed and have the same recorded;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MI5SOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
5ECTION 1. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby
accepts a Quit Claim Deed executed by Pioneer Orchards Co. , a
Corporation, conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, the
following described real estate located in the City and County of
Cape Girardeau, Missouri :
Part of U. 5 . Private 5urvey No. 174, Township 30
North, Range 13 East, City and County of Cape Girardeau,
5tate of Missouri, described as follows :
Start at the northeast corner of said Survey No. 174;
thence 5outh 7° 20 ' West, with the east line of said
Survey No. 174, 935 .3 feet to the point of beginning;
thence continue South 7° 20 ' West, with said east line,
50 . 0 feet; thence North 82° 40 ' West, 903 .3 feet; thence
North 88° 59 ' West, 150 .2 feet; thence North 82° 16' 30"
West, 483 .5 feet to the center of Silver Springs Road;
thence North 0° 08' East, with said center line, 50 . 4 feet;
thence 5outh 82° 16 ' 30" East, 487. 1 feet; thence South
88° 59 ' East, 151. 9 feet; thence South 82° 40 ' East,
906. 6 feet to the point of beginning.
SECTION 2. It is ordered by the Council of the City of Cape
Girardeau that said deed be recorded by the City Clerk in the Office
of the Recorder of Deeds of Cape Girardeau County, Missouri .
SECTION 3 , This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
