AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A QUIT CLAIM DEED FROM KENNETH WOOD, GARY
WATSON AND C. R. CRITES, TRUSTEES FOR CAPE MIS5IONARY BAPTIST
CHURCH, FOR PART OF LOT5 4 AND 5, EBERT 'S 5UBDIVISION, BEING PART
OF LOT 3 OF THE RODNEY 400 ARPEN TRACT AND PART OF OUTLOT NO. 86
IN U.S. PRIVATE SURVEY NO. 2199 , TOWNSHIP 30 NORTH, FtANGE 13 EA5T,
CITY AND COUNTY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, STATE OF MISSOURI, FO R STREET
RIGHT-OF-WAY ON BLOOMFIELD ROAD
WHEREAS, Kenneth I�'ood, Gary Watson and C. R. Crites , Trustees
for Cape Missionary Baptist Church, have executed a Quit Claim Deed,
conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau part of Lots 4 and 5,
Ebert' s Subdivision, being part of Lot 3 of the Rodney 400 Arpen
Tract and part of Outlot No. 86 in U.S. Private 5urvey No. 2199 ,
Township 30 North, Range 13 East, in the City and County of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, as more fully desCribed hereinafter in this
ordinance, and the City desires to acCept such deed and have the
same recorded;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MI5SOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION l. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby
accepts a Quit Claim Deed executed by Renneth Wood, Gary Watson and
C. R. Crites, Trustees for Cape Missionary Baptist Church, conveyinq
to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, the following described
real estate located in the City and County of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri:
Part of Lots 4 and 5 , Ebert's Subdivision, being
part of Lot 3 of the Rodney 400 Arpen Tract and part
of Outlot No. 86 in U.5. Private 5urvey No. 21.99 ,
Township 30 North, Range 13 East, in the City and
County of Cape Girardeau, 5tate of Missouri , described
as follows :
Begin at the southwest corner of Lot 4 of Ebert ' s
5ubdivision, on the north line of Bloomfield Road;
thence South 3° 15 ' West, 18.9 feet to the center of
Bloomfield Road; thence with said center of the road,
North 88° 15 ' East, 197. 4 feet; thence with the
center of said road, North 89° 19 ' East, 165 feet;
thence North 0° 35 ' West, 19 . 3 feet to the north
line of B].00mfield Road; thence continue North 0° 35 '
West, 5. 7 feet; then;ce South 89° 19 ' West, 164.9 feet;
thence South 88° 15 ' West, 195. 8 feet to the west line
of Lot 4; thenCe South 3° 15 ' West, along the west
line of Lot 4, 6 .1 feet to the point of beginning.

SECTION 2 . It is ordered by the Council of the City of
Cape Girardeau that said deed be recorded by the City Clerk in the
Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cape Girardeau County, Missouri .
SECTION 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its pas5age and approval..
