AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE GRADE OF SHEI�VJOOD DRIVE, FROM
ti�STW00D DRIVE TO RANDOL AVENUE, IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLL01if5:
SECTION 1. That the grade as hereinafter described shall be the
grade for the center of Sherw�od Drive, from Westwood Drive to Randol
Avenue, and is with reference to Mean Sea Level, given in feet and
decimals thereof.
SECTION 2. Begin at the edge of the existing concrete pavement
on Westwood Drive, 10 feet west of the. west property line of Westwood
Drive, on the center line of Sherwood Drive, which point shall be
known as Station 0 + 10, with an elevation of 406.09; thence west, with
a vertical curve to an elevation of l�13.08 at Station 0 + 90; thence
with an ascending grade of 10.2 percent to an elevation of 431.95 a�
Station 2 + '75; thence with a vertical curve to an elevation of 439.70
at Station 3 + '75; thence with an ascending grade of 5.3 percent to an
elevation of 447.65 at Station 5 + 25; thence with a vertical curve to
an elevation of 455.3� at Station 6 + 2,5; thence with an ascending
grade of 10,0 percent to an elevation of 457.80 at Station 6 + 50;
thence with a vertical curve to an elevation of' [�63.16 at Station 7 +
50; thence to an elevation of 463.22 at Station '] + 55.3; thence to an
elevation of' 1+b3,42 at Station 7 + 70.3 at the center of Ra.ndol Avenue.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
after ten (10) days following its pa.ssage and approval.
