AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A GENERAL WARRANTY DEED FROM CAPE SPECIAL
ROAD DISTRICT FOR PART OF OUT LOT 75, U.S.P. 5URVEY N0. 2199 ,
TOWN5HIP 3I NORTH, RANGE 13 EAST, AND. ALL OF LOT 1, BLOCK l, OF
DENNIS SCIVALLY PARK 5UBDIVI5ION, CITY AND COUNTY OF CAPE GIR-
ARDEAU, STATE OF MIS50URI
WHEREA5, Cape Special Road District has executed a
General Warranty Deed, conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau
part of Out Lot 75, U.S .P. 5urvey No. 2199 , Township 31 North,
Range 13 East and all of Lot 1, Block 1 of Dennis Scivally Park
Subdivision, in the City and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri,
as more fully described hereinafter in this ordinance, and the
City desires to accept such deed and have the same recorded;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU; MI550URI, A5 FOLLOW5:
SECTION l. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby
accepts a General Warranty Deed executed by Cape Special Road
District, conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, the
following described real estate located in the City and County
of Cape Girardeau, Missouri:
Part of Out Lot 75 in Cape Girardeau, Missouri
containing 6 . 26 acres , more or less, described as
follows:
Begin at a stone being the Northwest corner of
Lot No. 75 of Survey No. 2199, Township 31 North,
Range 13 East, in Cape Girardeau County, Missouri;
thence South 84° East along the north line of said
Lot No. 75 , 520 . 5 feet to a stone; thence South l9°
West 461 .0 feet to an iron stake being on the north
right of way line of Cape Rock Drive, a public
highway of Cape Girardeau County, Missouri; thence
South 75° 40 ' West, along the north right of way
line of said Cape Rock Drive 156 . 8 feet to an iron
stake; thence in a southwesterly direction on a
13° 54 ' curve to the left 287.0 feet to an iron
stake; thence 5outh 35° 45 ' west 99. 0 feet to an
iron stake; thence in a southwesterly direCtion
on a 9° 30 ' curve to the left 96 . 4 feet ta an iron
stake on the west line of said Lot No. 75; thence
North 8° East along the West line of said Lot
No. 75, 856. 3 feet to the point of beginning.
Except therefrom, however, a private road 16 . 5
feet wide and 486 .42 feet long, beqinning at
the Northwest corner of said Lot and extending
5outh along the West side of said Lot 75 sold to
W. J. Meyer and containing 0 . 18 acres, leaving
6 . 08 acres, conveyed by this deed.
ALSO:
All of Lot One (1) in Block One (1) of Dennis
5civally Park Subdivision in the City of
Cape Girardeau, Missouri, as shown by Plat
recorded in Plat Book 5 at Page 60 .
5ECTION 2 . It is ordered by the Council of the City of
Cape Girardeau that said deed be recorded by the City Clerk in
the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cape Girardeau County,
Missouri.
5ECTION 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval. ,
