AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE PLAT OF SAN DANGARO FIRST SUBDIVI5ION,
BEING A 5UBDIVISION OF PART OF U.S.P. SURVEY NO. 2198, TOWNSHIP
31 NORTH, RANGE 13 EA5T, CITY AND COUNTY OF CAPE GIR.ARDEAU,
STATE OF MIS50URI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, A5 FOLLOW5:
SECTION l. That the plat of San Dangaro First Subdivision,
being a subdivision of part of U.5.P. Survey No. 2198, Tow�ship
31 North, Range l3 East, City and County of Cape Girardeau,
State of Missouri, as shown on the original plat of said San
Dangaro First Subdivision, dated March 6, 1973, which plat
was filed with the City Clerk and the City Engineer and examined
and approved by them, is hereby accepted and approved upon the
condition that the plat be recorded in the Office of the
Recorder of Deeds as required by law and that all taxes against
the same are paid as required by Section 445.030, R5Mo 1969 .
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized
and directed to endorse upor� said original plat dated as
aforesaid and executed by P-M Land Company, Daniel G. Penrod,
President, on the 6th day of March, 1.973, the approval of the
City Council, attested by the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval. �
