AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 26-115 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, RELATING TO NO PARKING ZONES BY
AUTHORIZING THE PLACING OF NO PARKING SIGN5 ON HENDERSON STREET,
IN CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOW5:
5ECTION 1. Schedule F of Section 26-115 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by adding to such schedule the following:
Henderson Street starting at the South curb line
of Normal Street running South in a 5outherly direction
along the East curb line of Henderson Street Two
Hundred (200) feet.
5ECTION 2. The No Parking Area designated in Section 1
of this ordinance shall be deleted from Schedule F of 5ection 26-115
of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri ,
as of November l, 19 74 .
5ECTION 3. In order to preserve the public safety and
welfare of the Citizens of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri,
an emergency exists for the timely passage of this ordinance;
therefore, this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
immediately upon its passage and approval.
