AT CARUTHERS AND THILENIU5; KINGSWAY AND KURR.E LANE; SUN5ET AND
WHITENER; 5UN5ET AND BESSIE; HENDER5ON AND WAYNE; JANET AND RANDOL;
CHRISTINE AND GOOD HOPE; CARUTHER5 AND WHITENER; CARUTHERS AND
THEMIS; CARUTHERS AND LUCE; CARUTHERS AND LACEY; AN13 HENDERSON AND
JEFFER50N, IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MI550UR2, AS FOLLOWS:
5ECTION l. Stop signs are hereby authorized at the following
intersections by amending 5chedule C of Section 26-212 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, to include
the following:
(1) Caruthers and Thilenius, facing East and West.
(2) Kingsway and Kurre Lane, facing East and West.
(3) Sunset and Whitener, facing East and West.
(4) 5unset and Bessie , facing East and [nlest.
(5) Henderson and Wayne, facing East and West.
(6) Janet and Randol, facing East and West.
(7) Christine and Good Hope, facing East and West.
(8) Caruthers and Whitener, facing East.
(9) Caruthers and Themis , facing East.
(10) Caruthers and Luce, facing East.
(11) Caruthers and Lacey, facing East.
(12) Henderson and Jefferson, facing North and South.
5ECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
