AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE PLAT OF CHATEAU MANOR, BEING A
SUBDYVI5ION OF PART OF FRACTIONAL SECTION 35, TOW�T5HIP 31
NORTH, RA,NGE 13 EAST, CITY AND COUNTY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
STATE OF MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, :AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the plat of Chateau Manor, being a
subdivision of part of Fractional Section 35, Township 31 North,
Range 13 East, City and County of Cape Girardeau, State of
Missouri, as shown on the original plat of said Chateau Manor,
dated January 5, 1973, which plat was filed with the City Clerk
and the City Engineer and examined and approved by them, is
hereby accepted and approved upon the condition that the plat be
recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds as required by
law and that all taxes against the same are paid as required by
Section 445. 030, RSMo 1969 .
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to endorse upon said original plat dated as aforesaid
and executed by Charles E . Moutell, a single person, on the 5th
day of January, 1973, the approval of the City Council, attested
by the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
SECTION 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval.
