BRUNS, JOHN F. RESTER AND DORRIS M. KESTER, AND ELMER F. ERVIN AND ALMA E. E:RVIN, IN THE CITY AND COUAITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MI3SOURI WHEREAS, Richard C. Hruns, John F. Kester and Dorris M. Kester, and Elmer F. Ervin and Alma E. Ervin have executed easements for sewers in Sewer District No. 8-I, conveying to the City of Cape Girardesu, Missouri, land all in the City of Cape Girardeau and a12 as more fully descrfbed hereina�ter in the ordinance, and the City desir�s to accept such easements and hav� the same recorded; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The City of Cape Girardeau, Mis�ouri, hereby accept,� easements for �ewers, executed by Richard C. Bruns, John F. Kester and Dorris M. Kester and �lmer F. Ervin and Alma E. Ervin, conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau, easements for �ewers in Sewer District No. 8-I on the following described real estate located in the City and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri: Richard C. Bruns Beg nning at the Northeast corner o� a tract of land recorded in Book 295 at Page 446 of the land records of Cape Girardeau County, Missouri= thence in s southerly direction along the Ea�t line of said tract to a point 5 fee� South of and measured perpendicular to the North line of said tractj thence Westerly parallel to and 5 fe�t from said North line to a point on the West line of said tract; thence in a Northerly direction along said west line to the said Aiorth line; thence Easterly along the said North line to the point of beginning.
