S�,CTION l. That the boundaries of Sewer Th'strict No. 8—I� a subdivision of
SeU�er �istrict No. 8 in the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri� shall be as follows:
Begin at the Southwest corner of I,ot 2, Block A, of S�. Vincent's Park as
recorded in Plat Book 3 at Page 27 of the land records of Cape Girardeau County
Missouri; thence Eastexly and Southerly along the South line of said Lot 2. to the
'�iest right—of way line of Country Club Drive and the Northwest line of Sewer
District No. 8—D; thence Northeasterly along the Northwest line of said Sewer
District No. 8—D to the Southeast corner of a tract of land as described in
�o� 295 at Page 1�1�6 of said land records; thence Northerly alon,� the East line
of said tract and the East line of said Lot 2 and Lot 9� of Block A of said St.
Vincent's Park to the Northeast corner of said Lot 9; thence Westerl.y along the
North line of said Lot 9 to the East line of State Route 177 (formerly State
Route SV); thence Southerly along said East line to the SouthV�Test corner of said
I�ot 9; thence T,desterly perpendicular to the West line of State Route 177 �o a
point 150 feet �lest of said ?�Test li.ne; thence Southerly parallel to and 150 feet
West of the West line of State Route 177 to the most Northerly Pdorth�rest corner
of Sewer District No. 8—B; thence �asterly and Southerly along the said district
boundary of Sewer I7istrict No. 8—B to the point of beginni,ng.
SECTI02J 2. That the plans for the construction of a system of sanitary
lateral seT�uers to serve Sewer District No. 8—I� a copy of which is on file in
the office of the City Glerk� are hereby approved and ordered filed.
SECTION 3. That the oi-mers of lands in said Sewer Di.strict No. 8—I are
hereby granted permission to construct said system of sanitary lateral sewers
in Se�,�er �Jistrict No. 8—I and to connect same to existing seilrers in Se�rer
i7istrict No. 8—B subject to the following provisions.
1. That proper authority has been secured to proceed from the �4issouri
Clean t�ater Commission.
2. That all permanent easements for said sewers on private property are
made to the City of Cape Girardeau� Missouri, prior to execution of a contract
for the work of construction of said sewers.
3• That all City Ordinances� Standard Specifications of the City, and
State laws applicable ta this pro3ect will be observed in all respects.
4• That the quality of the work and materials be inspected by the agents of
the Department of Public t�dorks of the said City� and the cost of said inspections
and the cost of engineering be paid to said City following the completion of the
zaork and its acceptance by said City and the t�.issouri Clean ,�Iater Commission.
SECTION 4. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be �.n full force from
and after IO days folloi�:ing its passage and approval.
