The construction easements hereby conveyed as described in Section 1 hereof are for the purpose of enabling the City, its agents, servants and assigns to improve that part of Clark Avenue from the intersection with Lombardo Drive, South to the North Edge of the pavement on Broadway, in the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri. SECTION 3. It is ordered by the Council of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, that said easements be recorded by the City Clerk in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cape Girardeau County, Missouri. SECTION 4 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect ten days after its passage and approval.
