AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE F OF SECTION 26-115 Ok' THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISBOURI,
REI�ATING TO THE PLP,CEMENT OF NO PARKING SIGNS ON BOXWOOD DRIVE
AND MIMOSA DRIVE IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISBOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION l. Schedule F of Section 26-115 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, relating
to no parking zones is hereby amended to include the following
locations:
Boxwood Drive, West side, South from Wisteria to Mimosa.
Mimosa Drive, North side, from Boxwood Drive to Woodbine
Place.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect ten days after its passage and approval.

Riverside Home Builders is the owner of 1'7 of the 19 lots in
Westfield Court 2nd Subdivision. As an extension of our desire to
cooperate with the City to help reduce congestion caused by parking
on both sides of the streets, we hereby petition the City to enact
an ordinance for no parking on the West side of Boxwood Drive,
South from Wisteria to Mimosa, and on the North side of Mimosa
Drive from $oxwood Drive �o Woodbine P2ace.
