AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT FOR SEWERS IN SEWER DISTRICT
NO. 14-EE-1 FROM DRURY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, IN THE CITY
AND COUNTY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, STATE OF MISSOURI
WHEREAS, Drury Development Corporation, has executed
an easement for sewers in Sewer District No. 14-EE-1, conveying
to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, land all in the City
of Cape Girardeau and all as more fully described hereinafter
in the ordinance, and the City desires to accept such easement
and have the same recorded;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION 1. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri,
hereby accepts an easement for sewers, executed by Drury DeveTopment
Corporation by Charles L. Drury, conveying to the City of
Cape Girardeau, an easement for sewers in Sewer District No.
14-EE-1 on the following described real estate located in
the City and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri:
Fart of U. S . Private Survey 3090, Township 30
North, Range 13 East, being a strip of land 10 feet
in width, lying 5 feet either side of the following
described center line:
Start at a point on the east line of Farrar Drive,
, which point bears S . 6° W. , 687 . 3 feet from the south
line of Percy Drive; thence S. 86° 06 ' E. , 308 .3 feet;
thence S . 70° 44 ` E. , 294 .0 feet to the point of beginning;
thence S. 5° 42 ' W. , 325.0 feet and there terminating.
and it is ordered that said easement be reaorded in the Office
of the Recorder of Deeds of Cape Girardeau County, Missouri.
SECTION 2. The easement hereby conveyed as described
in Section 1 hereof is for the purpose of enabling the City,
its agents, servants and assigns , to install, lay, erect,
construct, maintain, operate and repair a certain sewer pipe
or sewer main which is to be placed in, on, upon, or across
said property described, together with all the useful, necessary

and proper adjuncts , appurtenances:, manholes, and appliances
in connection therewith.
SECTION 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect ten days after its passage and approval. �
