NO. 14-E-2 AND 12-LL-A-1 A SUBDIVISION OF SEWER DISTRTCT
NO. 12 & '14, APPROVING THE PLANS FOR THE CONSTRUCT.ION OF
A SYSTEM OF SANITARY. LATERAL SEWERS IN SEWER DISTRICT NO.
14-E-2 & '12-LL-A-1, AND AUTHORIZING THE CONSTRU.CT.TON OF
SANITARY LATERAL SEWERS IN SEWER DISTRICT NO. 14-E-2 & 12-
LL-A-1 UNDER A PRI.VATE CONTRACT SUBJECT TO CERTAIN PROVISIONS,
IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIR.ARDEAU, MISSOURI.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE eOUNGIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION 1. That the boundaries of Sewer District
No. 14-E-2 & 12-LL-A-1, a subdivision of Sewer Distri.ct
No. 12 & 14, in the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, shall
be as follows:
Part of U. S . Private Survey 222, described
as follows : Start at the. northwest corner of said
Survey 222; therice S. 6° 29` W. , with the west line
of said Survey 222, 1386 .4 feet to the southwest
corner of Sewer District l4-E & 12-LL-A; thence
S. 87° 37 ' E. , with the south line of Sewex Distri.ct
14-E & 12-LL-A, 1092.07 feet to the west line of
Highway Route 61, thence S. 2° 30 ` W. , with said
west line, 512.39 feet; thence S. 12° 06 ' W. , with
said west line, 322.4 feet to the point of a curve
of a curve to the right having a radius of 2752 .9
feet; therice southwesterly with said curve to the
right, 468.3 feet; thence N. 80° 58` W. , 1034.93
feet to the west line of said Survey 222; thence
N. 6° 29 ' E. , with said west line, 1172.4 feet to
the point of beginning.
SECTION 2. That the plans for the construction
of a system of sanitary lateral sewers to serve Bewer District
No. 14-E-2 & 12-LL-A-1, a copy of which is on file i.n the
office of the City Clerk, are hereby approved and ordered
filed.
SECTION 3 . That the owners of lands in said Sewer
Distri.ct No. 14-E-2 & 12-LL-A-1 are hereby granted permission
to construct said system of sanitary lateral sewers in Sewer
District No. 14-E-2 & 12-LL-A-I and to �coririect same to existing
sewers in Sewer District No. 14-E & 12-LL-A subject to the
following provisions.

l. That proper authority has been secured to
proceed from the Missouri Clean Water Commission.
2. That all permanent easements for said sewers
on private property are made to the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, prior to execution of a contract for the work
of construction of said sewers.
3. That all City Ordinances, Standard Specifications
of the City and State laws applicable to this project will
be observed in all respects.
4. That the quality of the work and materials
be inspected by the agents of the Department of Public Works
of the said City, and the cost of said inspections be paid
to said City following the completion of the work and its
acceptance by said City and the Missouri Clean Water Commission.
SECTION 4 . That this Ordinance shall take effect
and be in full force from and after 10 days following its
passage and approval.
