AN ORDINANCE REPEALING CITY MANAGER FORM ORDINANCE NO. 1255 AND
AMFNDING SCHEDULE F OF SECTION 26-115 OF THE CODE OF QRDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI , RELATING TO THE PLACEMENT
OF NO PARKING SIGNS ON BERTLING STREET IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIR.ARDEAU,
MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION 1. City Manager Form Ordinance No. 1255, passed
and approved October 5, 1977, is hereby repealed in its entirety.
SECTION 2. Schedule F of Secti;on 26-115 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri , relating
to no parking zones is hereby amended to include the following
locations :
"Bertling, both sides of the street, from the west right-
of-way line of Big Bend Road to a point 729 feet west
of Sprigg Street Road.
Bertling, South side, from a point 729 feet west of Sprigg
Street Road to a point 60 feet west of the southwest
corner of Bertling and Boulevard.
Bertling, South side, from a point 758 feet east of the
southeast corner of Bertling and Oxford to a point 35
feet west of the southwest corner of Bertling and Oxford.
Bertling, South side, from the southeast corner of Ferryville
Road and Bertling to a point 50 feet east.
Bertling, North side, from a point 193 feet east of the
northeast corner of Bertling and Brucher to a point 65
feet west of the narthwest corner of Bertling and Brucher.
. Bertling, North side, from a point 60 feet east of the
northeast corner of Bertling and Boulevard to the northeast
corner of Perryville Road. "
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval.
