SECTION 1 . That the boundaries of Sewer District No. 14 M
a suk�ivision of Sewer Distxict No. 14 in the City o� Cap� Gi�azdeau,
Missouri, shall be as follow5: part of U. S . Private Survey No. 2198; Town-
ship 31 North, Range 13 East, described as follows: Start at the northwest
corner of said U. S. Private Survey No. 2198; thence S 89° 0' E, with the
north line of sai�i Survey, 1343.1 feet to the northwest corner of a Cemetery,
which point is also the southwest corner of the Southeast Quarter of the
Southwest Quarter, Section 13, Township 31 North, Range 13 East; thence S 0°
39' W,, 575.1 feet for the po�int of beginning; thence S 88° 20' E, 330. 0 feet;
thence N 0° 20' E, 443.1 feet; thence S 86� 56 ' E, 166.4 feet; thence N 0° 25 '
131.63 feet to the north line of said Survey No. 2198; thence S 89� 37 ' E, �
with said north line, 849.19 feet; thence S 0� 41 ' W, 1030. 39 feet; thence
S 0� 10' W, 199. 71 feet; thence S 69° 36 ' W, 213.6 feet; thence N 88� 13' W,
821 .85 feet; thence N 37� 16 ' W, 38,2 feet; thence N 47° 39' W, 40.0 feet;

to the point of beginning.
SECTION 2. That the plans for the construction of a system of sanitary
lateral sewers to serve Sewer District No. 14 M a copy of which .
is o1� file in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby approved and ordered
filed. � ,,
SECTION 3. That the owners of lands in said Sewer District No.
are hereby granted permission to construct said system of sanitary lateral
sewers in Sewer District No. 14 M and to connect same to existing
sewers in Sewer District No. subject to the following pro-
visions.
l . That proper authority has been secured to proceed from the Missouri
Clean Ulater Commission. .
2. That all permanent easements for said sewers on private property
are mad� to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, prior to execution of a
contract for the work of construction of said sewers.
3. That all City Ordinances, Standard Specifications of the City and
State laws applicable to this project will be observed in all respects.
4. lhat the quality of the work and materials be inspected by the
agents of the Department of Public Works of thc said City, and the cost of
said ir��pections be paid to said City following the completion of the work
and its acceptance by said City and the Missouri Clean Water Commission.
SECTION 4. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from ar:,i after 10 days following its passage and approval.
