AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE F OF SECTION 26-115 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING
THE ESTABLISHMENT OF NO PARKING ZONES AT CERTAIN LOCATIONS, IN
THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION l. Schedule F of Section 26-115 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by authorizing establishment of no parking zones in the
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, at the following locations:
Albert Street, 200 Block, East side, from the Southeast corner of
the intersection of Albert Street and William Street, South a
distance of 258 feet.
Mill Street, South side, East from the intersection of the
Southwest corner of Main Street and Mill Street, a distance of
118 feet.
Morgan Oak, 300 Block, North side, West from the Northwest corner
of the intersection of Lorimier Street and Morgan Oak, a distance
of 28 feet.
Morgan Oak, 300 Block, South side, West from the intersection of
Lorimier Street and Morgan Oak, a distance of 383 feet.
North Frederick Street, 400 Block, West side, North from the
intersection of North Frederick and North Street to the inter-
section of North Frederick and Washington Street, from 9 : 00 A.M.
to 6 : 00 P.M. , seven days a week.
North West End Boulevard, 800 Block, West side, North from the
intersection of the Northwest corner of Pemiscot and North West
End Boulevard to the Southwest corner of the intersection of
Dunklin and North West End Boulevard, a distance of 289 feet.
Pacific Street, East side, North from the intersection of the
Northeast corner of Pacific and Bellevue, a distance of 81 feet.
Whitener Street, 1400 Block, North side, West from the Northwest
corner of the intersection of Whitener Street and North West End
Boulevard to the Northeast corner of the intersection of Whitener
Street and Louisiana Avenue.
SECTION 2. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause,
phrase or portion of this ordinance is for any reason held invalid
or unconstitutional by any Court of competent jurisdiction, such
portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent
provision and such holding shall not affect the validity of the
remaining portions hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
