AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A STREET EASEMENT FOR PART OF FRACTIONAL
SECTION 30, TOWNSHIP 31 NORTH, RANGE 14 EAST, IN THE CITY AND
COUNTY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF MAHY
LANE FROM MAHY SUBDIVISION TO SPRIGG STREET
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CIZ`Y OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That a Street Easement dated the 7th day of
November, 1979 frorn J. Ralph Mahy and June E. Mahy, husband and
wife, which conveys to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, an
easement for street purposes, the following parcel of land, to-
wit:
Part of Fractional Section 30, Township 31 North, Range
14 East, City and County of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri,
described as follows :
Begin at the southeast corner of Lot 4 , Mahy Subdivision;
thence in an easterly, southerly, and westerly direction with
a circle; having a radius of 52. 0 feet, with the center of
said circle bearing S. 84° 45 ' E. , 43 .53 feet from the
center line of Mahy Lane on the east line of Mahy Subdivision,
266. 5 feet to the northeast corner of Lot 5, Mahy Subdivision,
and there terminating.
is hereby accepted and the City Clerk is instructed to have said
easement recorded in the land records for Cape Girardeau County,
Missouri.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and affect
ten days after its passage and approval.
