AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCH�DULE F OF SECTION 26-115 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF C1�PE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING
THE ESTABLI5HMENT OF NO PARKING ZONES ON WISTERIA DRIVE, IN THE
CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION 1. Schedule F of Section 26-115 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by authorizing establishment of no parking zones in the
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, at the following locations :
Wisteria Drive, Begin at the southeast corner of the intersection
of Mount Auburn Road and Wisteria Drive; thence easterly along
the south curb line of Wisteria Drive to the southwest corner of
the intersection of Boxwood Drive and Wisteria Drive and there
terminate.
Wisteria Drive, begin at the northeast corner of the intersection
of Boxwood Drive and Wisteria Drive; thence easterly along the
north curb line of Wisteria Drive, 130 feet, more or less, to the
east line of Westfield Court Second Subdivision and there terrninate.
SECTION 2 . If any section, subsection, sentence, clause,
phrase or portion of this ordinance is for any reason held invalid
or unconstitutional �y any Court of competent jurisdiction, such
portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent
provision and such holding shall not affect the validity of the
remaining portions hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
