AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A GENERAL WARRANTY DEED FROM CHARLES E.
AND CAROLE A. MOUTELL, FOR PART OF LOT 5, CAROLEWOOD ESTATES
SUBDIVISION, CITY AND COUNTY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
WHEREAS, Charles E. Moutell and Carole A. Moutell, have
executed a General Warranty Deed, conveying to the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri a parcel of land containing 0. 0733 + acres in
Carolewood Estates Subdivision, in the City and County of C�pe
Girardeau, Missouri, as more fully described hereinafter in this
ordinance, and the City desires to accept such deed and have the
sarne recorded;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby
accepts a General Warranty Deed executed by Charles E. Moutell
and Carole A. Moutell, conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, the following described real estate located in the City
and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri:
Part of Lot 5, Carolewood Estates Subdivision, City of
Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri, described as follows :
Start at the Southwest corner of said Lot 5 and proceed
N. 83° 43 ' E. along the South line of Lot 5, for a distance
of 351. 28 feet to a point on the West line of drainage
easement, said point being the point of beginning; thence
proceed N. 16° 35 ' W. along West line of drainage easement a
distance of 90 . 50 feet; thence S . 73° 25 ' W. , a distance of
41 . 00 feet; thence S . 16° 35 ' E. , a distance of 60 . 00 feet;
thence N. 73° 25 ' E. , a distance of 15 . 00 feet; thence S.
16° 35 ' E. , a distance of 25. 775 feet to a point on the
South line of Lot 5, thence N. 83° 43 ' E. , a distance of
26 .426 feet to the point of beginning, containing 0. 0733 +
acres.
SECTION 2 . It is ordered by the Council of the City of Cape
Girardeau that said deed be recorded by the City Clerk in the
office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cape Girardeau County, Missouri.

SECTION 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
