AN ORDINANCE DECLARING IT NECESSARY FOR THE
CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU TO MAKE CERTAIN
IMPROVEMENTS TO THE SANITARY SEWAGE SYSTEM
AND AUTHORIZING THE ACQUISITIONS OF CERTAIN
EASEMENTS IN CONrIECTION WITH THE IMPROVEMENTS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI , AS FOLLOV7S:
SECTIOrI 1 . The City Council of the City of Cape Girardeau ,
Missouri , hereby finds and declares that a public necessity
exists for the improvement of the sewage system of the City of
Cape Girardeau , Missouri including the construction of a
sanitary interceptor sewer line from East of Highway 61 North
generally along Cape LaCroix Creek to the Hawthorne Pump
Station , the construction of a sanitary sewer line from the New
Cape LaCroix Creek interceptor to the Rodney Trunk and the
construction of a trunk relief sanitary sewer line from Themis
Street to Kingsway Drive .
SECTION 2 . The City Council of the City of Cape Girardeau ,
� Missouri , further finds and declares that it is necessary for
the City to acquire the following easements in order to proceed
with the aforementioned improvements :
