AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE C OF SECTION
26-45 OF THE CITY CODE AUTHORIZING THE
REMOVAL OF STOP SIGNS ON ELLIS AT GOOD HOPE
AND AUTIiORIZING THF INSTALLATION OF STOP
SIGNS ON GOOD HOPE AT ELLIS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITX OF CAPE
GIRARDFAU, MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 . Schedule C of Section 26-45 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri , is hereby
amended by authorizing the removal of stop signs in the City of
Cape Girardeau , Missouri , at the following locations:
Ellis at Good Hope , Northwest corner facing North .
Fllis at Good Hope, Southeast corner facing South .
SECTION 2 . Schedule C of Section 26-45 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri , is hereby
amended by authorizing the installation of stop signs in the
City of Cape Girardeau , Missouri , at the following locations:

Good Hope at Ellis , Nortlieast corner facing East .
Good Hope at Ellis, Southwest corner facing West .
SECTION 3 . If any section , subsection , sentence, clause ,
phrase or portion of this ordinance is for any reason held
invalid or unconstitutional by any court of competent
jurisdiction, such portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct
and inde�endent provision and such holding shall not affect the
validity of the remaining portions hereof.
SECTION 4 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval . .
