AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE BOUNDARIES OF
SEWER DISTRICT N0. 12LL-2 , A SUBDIVISION OF
SEWER DISTRICT N0. 12LL & 14E, APPROVING THE
PLANS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A SYSTEM OF
SANITARY LATERAL SEWERS IN SEWER DISTRICT
N0. 12LL-2 , AND AUTHORIZING THE CONSTRUCTION
OF SANITARY LATERAL SEWERS IN SEWER DISTRICT
N0. 12LL-2 UNDER A PRIVATE CONTRACT SUBJECT
TO CERTAIN PROVISIONS, IN THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 . That the boundaries of Sewer District No .
12LL-2 , a subdivision of Sewer District No. 12LL & 14E in the
City of Cape Girardeau , Missouri , shall be as follows:
Part of Out Lot 86 , U.S.P. Survey No. 2199 , Township
30 North , Range 13 East, in the City and County of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri , described as follows:

Start at the northeast corner of Lot 7 of Ebert 's
Subdivision of a part of Out Lot 86 and a part of the
Rodney 400 Arpen Tract in U.S .P. Survey No . 2199 ; thence
South 8° 30 ' East along the east side of said Lot 7 , 623 .0
feet to a point in the north line of Out Lot 86 ; thence
South 81° 42 ' East, along the north line of Out Lot 86 ,
1051 .1 feet; thence South 8° 00 ' West, 199 .49 feet for the
point of beginning; thence South 81° 42 ' East , 546 .92 feet
to an intersection with the west line of U.S. Highway No .
61; thence South 12° 23 ' 43" West along said west line,
7 .92 feet; thence continuing along said west line, South 8°
16 ' 02" West, 548 .4 feet; thence along said west line,
South 5° 28 ' 13 " West, 294 .7 feet to a corner ; thence North
84° 50 ' 50" West, 191 .41 feet; thence North 8° 0 ' East,
24 .5 feet; thence North 49° 15 ' 25 " 6�est, 326 .13 feet;
thence North 60° 38 ' 51" West , 98 .0 feet to a corner ;
thence North 8° 00 ' East, 626 .51 feet to the point of
beginning.
SECTION 2 . That the plans for the construction of a system
of sanitary lateral sewers to serve Sewer District No. 12LL-2 ,
a copy of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk , are
hereby approved and ordered filed .

SECTION 3 . That the owners of lands in said Sewer District
No. 12LL-2 are hereby granted permission to construct said `''
system of sanitary lateral sewers in Sewer District No. 12LL-2
and to connect same to existing sewers in Sewer District No .
12LL & 14E, subject to the following provisions .
1 . That proper authority has been secured to proceed from
the Missouri Clean Water Commission.
2 . That all permanent easements for said sewers on
private property are made to the City of Cape
Girardeau , Missouri , prior to execution of a contract
for the work of construction of said sewers .
3 . That all City ordinances , Standard Specifications of
the City and State laws applicable to this project
will be observed in all respects .
4 . That the quality of the work and materials be
inspected by the agents of the City engineer of the
said City, and that cost of said inspections be paid
to said City following the completion of the work and
its acceptance by said City and the Missouri Clean
Water Commission .
SECTION 4 . That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after ten days following its passage and �
approval .
