AN ORDIIIANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
NORTH K SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 . The record plat of North K subdivision a tract
of land being a part of Outlot 87 , U.S.P . S. No . 2199 , Township
30 North , Range 13 East in the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri , submitted by Eleanor B. Richmond, Trustee Officer ,
Boatmans Bank of Cape Girardeau, Trustee for Eleanor B.
Richmond, Voluntary Trust , Irvin J. Richmond, Co-Trustee of
Eleanor B. Richmond Voluntary Trust, Donald K. Blattner ,
Charles F. Blattner , Charlotte Blattner Sherfield , Jean
Blattner Henry, L. C . Blattner , Jr . , Paul E . Blattner , Barbara
Blattner Schaffner , and Robert C . Blattner bearing the
certification of James M. Lawson , A Registered Land Surveyor ,
''��` dated October , 1985 , is hereby approval .
SECTION 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the
seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri .
SECTION 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval .
