AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE BOUNDARIES OF
SEWER DISTRICT N0. 12 N-1 , A SUBDIVISION OF
SEWER DISTRICT N0. 12 and 12-N, APPROVING
THE PLANS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A SYSTEM
OF SANITARY LAT�RAL SEWERS IN SEWER DISTRICT
N0. 12 N-1 , AND AUTHORIZING THE CONSTRUCTION
OF SANITARY LATERAL SEWERS IN SEWER DISTRICT
N0. 12 N-1 UNDER A PRIVATE CONTRACT SUBJECT
TO CERTAIN PROVISIONS, IN THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINEb BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 . That the boundaries of Sewer District No. 12
N-1, a subdivision of Sewer District No. 12 and 12-N in the
City of Cape Girardeau , Missouri, shall be as follows:
All of Lot 2 and a Part of Lot 3 of the Westborough
Subdivision , Township 30 North , Range 13 East, City and
� County of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri , described as
follows:
Begin at the intersection of the north line of said
Lot 2 and the West line of Missouri Highway Route 61;
thence ,�ith the West line of said Route 61 S. 12° 27 ' W.
694 .62 feet to the North line of Bloomfield Road on a curve
to the left having a radius of 225 .00 feet; thence with the
North line of Bloomfield Road southwesterly with said curve
to the left having a radius of 225 .0 feet 110 .86 feet to a
point; thence leaving the North line of Bloomfield Road N.
15° 46 ' S3" W. 197 .80 feet to the West line of said Lot 3 ;
thence with the west line of said Lot 3 N. 12° 27 ' E.
547 .11 feet to the northwest corner of said Lot 2 ; thence
with the North line of said Lot 2 , S. '7?° 33 ' E. 200 .0 feet
to the point of beginning containing 3 �Q:� acres .
SECTION 2 . That the plans for the construction of a system
oi sanitary lateral sewErs to serve Sewer District No . 12 N-1 ,
a copy of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk , are
hereby approved and order�d filed .

SECTION 3 . That the owners of lands in said Sewer District �
No. 12 r�-1 are hereby granted permission to construct said
system of sanitary lateral sewers in Sewer District No. 12 N-1
an� to connect same to existing sewers in Sewer District No. 12
and 12-N, subject to the following provisions .
1 . That proper authority has been secured to proceed from
the Missouri Clean Water Commission.
2 . That all permanent easements for said sewers on
private �aroperty are made to the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri , prior to execution of a contract
for the work of construction of said sewers .
3 . That all City ordinances, Standard Specifications of
the City and State laws applicable to this project
will be observed in all respects .
4 . That the quality of the work and materials be
inspected by the agents of the City engineer of the
said City, and that cost of said inspections be paid
to said City following the completion of the work and
its acceptance by said City and the Missouri Clean
Water Commission .
SECTION 4 . That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after ten days following its passage and �..�
