AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE BOUNDARIES OF
SEWER DISTRICT N0. 14-EE-1C, A SUBDIVISION
OF SEWER DISTRICT NOS. 12PP & 14L � AND
14-E-1 , APPROVING THE PLANS FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF A SYSTEM OF SANITARY LATERAL
SEWERS IN SEWER DISTRICT N0. 14-EE-1C, AND
AUTHORIZING THE CONSTRUCTION OF SANITARY
LP.TERAL SEWERS IN SEWER DISTRICT NO.
14-EE-1C UNDER A PRIVATE CONTRACT SUBJECT TO
CERTAIN PROVISIONS, IN THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI , hS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 . That the boundaries of Sewer District No .
14-EE-1C, a subdivision of Sewer District Nos . 12PP & 14L and
14-E-1 in the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri , shall be as
follows:
:^� A tract of land in Outlot 84 , U.S .P.S. 2199 , Township
30 North, Range 13 East in the City and County of Cape
Girardeau , Misso�tri , described as follows
Commence at the Northwest corner of Outlot 84 ,
U.S .P.S. 2199 , said corner being on the centerline of Mount
Auburn Road and referenced by an axle , 35 feet East of said
corner ; thence S. 6° W. along the center line of Mt. Auburn
Road 1514 .9 feet to its point of intersection with the
So�th right-of-way line of relocated Gordonville Road (See
City Manager Ordinance 1135 of the City of Cape Girardeau )
for a point of beyinning; thence S . 69° 18 ' E. , along said
centerline 753 .6 feet to the centerline of St . Francis
Drive; thence southerly along said centerline to its point
of intersection with Missouri State Route K which is also
referenced as Station 285 + 89 ; thence westerly along the
centerline of said Route K 666 .0 feet to the point of
intersection with the centerline of Mount Auburn Road;
thence N. 6° E. along said Mount Auburn Road centerline
304 .2 feet to the point of beginning
SECTION 2 . That the plans for the construction of a system
of sanitary lateral sewers to serve Sewer District No.
14-EE-1C, a copy of which is on Eile in the office of the City
Clerk , are hereby a�proved and ordered filed .

SECTION 3 . That the owners of lands in said Sewer District
No. 14-EE-1C are hereby granted permission to construct said "
system of sanitary lateral sewers in Sewer District No .
14-EE-1C and to connect same to existing sewers in Sewer
District No. 12PP & 14L and 14-E-1 , subject to the following
pravisions . ,
1 , That proper authority has been secured to proceed from
the Missouri Clean Water Commission .
2 . That all permanent easements for said sewers on
private property are made to the City of Cape
Girardeau , Missouri , prior to execution of a contract
for the work of construction of said sewers .
3 . That all City ordinances , Standard Specifications of
the City and State laws applicable to this project
will be observed in all respects .
4 . That the quality of the work and materials be
inspected by the agents of the City engineer of the
said City, and that cost of said inspections be paid
to said City following the completion of the work and
its acceptance by said City and the Missouri Clean
Water Commission .
SECTION 4 . That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in .�
full force from and after ten days following its passage and
approval .
