AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
PROFESSIONAL HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION--AMMENDED
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 . The record plat of Professional Heights
Subdivision--Ammended (sic) , a tract of land being a part of
Outlot No. 84 of Survey 2199 , Township 30 North , Range 13 East
in the City and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri , submitted
by Neurologic Partnership and bearing the certification of
Larry D. Dowdy, a Registered Land Surveyor , dated August 21 ,
1985 , is hereby approved .
SECTION 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the
seal of the City of Cape Girardeau , Missouri .
,-. SECTION 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage a�d approval .
