AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE C OF SECTION
26-45 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES AUTHORIZING
THE INSTALLATION OF STOP SIGNS ON AMBLEWOOD
DRIVE AT BROOKSHIRE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 . Schedule C of Section 26-45 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri , is hereby
amended by authorizing the installation of stop signs in the
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri , at the following locations:
Amblewood Drive at Brookshire, Northwest corner facing
Nor th .
Amblewood Drive at Brookshire, Southeast corner facing
South .
SECTION 2 . If any section , subsection , sentence, clause,
^ phrase or portion of this ordinance is for any reason held
invalid or unconstitutional by any court of competent
jurisdiction, such portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct
and independent provision and such holding shall not affect the
validity of the remaining portions hereof .
SECTION 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval .
