AROUND EASEMENTS FROM AS HLAND LAND
DEVELOFi;ENT CORPORATION IN ASHLAND HILLS
ESTATES SUBDTVISION, ALL IN THE CITY AND
COUNTY 0�' CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
WHEREAS, Ashlanc7 Land Development Corporation, a Missouri
Corporation , has �xecuted street turn around easements ,
conveying to th e City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri , parcels of
land in Ashland Hills Estates Subdivision , as more fully
described hereinafter in this Ordinance, and the City desires
to accept such easements and have the same recorded ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 . The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri , hereby
accepts Street Turn Around Easements executed by Ashland Land
Development Corporation, a Missouri Corporati.on , by Herbert L.
Annis and Gary Fielwege , conveying to the City of Cape
Girardeau , Missouri , the following described real estate
�-. located in the City and County of Cape Girardeau , Missouri:
An easement for street turn around purposes . Having a
radius of 52. 0 feet , described as follows:
Start at the northwest corner of Lot No . 5 of Carolwood
Estates Subdivision , to the City of Cape Girardeau; thence
South 5° 37 ' Wast , 98. 3 feet ; thence North 88° 28 ' West
760. 0 feet ; thence South 1° 32' West, 124. 47 feet to the
place of beginning ; thence along the arc of a circle , (the
center of which is located South 1° 32' West, 25.0 feet ,
and thence North 88° 28 ' West , 45 .6 feet, from the place of
beginning, ) 274. 57 feet ; thence North 1° 32' East 50. 0
feet , to the place of beginning, situated in the North Half
of the Southeast Quarter of Section 27, Township 31 North ,
Ran ge 13 East .

effect ten days after its passage and approval .
