AN ORDINANCE AMENUING SCHEDULE F OF SECTION
26-112 OF THE CITY CODE ESTABLISHING NO
PARKING ZONES ON PORTIONS OF HENDERSON
AVENUE AND NORTH SPRIGG STREET
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION l . Schedule F of Section 26-112 of the Code of
Ordinances of th e City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri , is hereby
amended by establishing no parking zones in the City of Cape
Girardeau , Missouri , at the following locations:
Henderson Avenue, East side , starting at the South curb of
Cheney Drive running South along the curb line a distance
of 54. 5 feet .
North Sprigg Street , West side , starting at a point 221 .5
feet South of the center of Olive Street (center of Towers
Dormitory Drive ) , running North along the curb line
distance of 85 feet .

SECTIOP� 2. If any section , subsection , sentence , clause,
phrase or portion of this ordinance is for any reason held
invalid or unconstitutional by any court of competent
jurisdiction, such portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct
and independent provision and such holding shall not affect the
validity of the remaining portions hereof .
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval .
