AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
WANDA' S SUBDIVISION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION l . The record plat of Wanda 's Subdivision a part
of Lot 17, Block G, Capaha Gardens Subdivision, U.S. P.S. 3091 ,
City and County of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri , submitted
by Walter J. Wright and Wanda L. Wright and bearing the
certification of James R. Lawson, a Registered Land Surveyor,
dated April 1 , 1985, is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the
seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri .
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval .
