AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE F OF SECTION
26-112 OF THE CITY CODE ESTABLISHING NO
PARKING ON A PORTION OF NORTH HENDERSON
AVENUE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 . Schedule F. of Section 26-112 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri , is hereby
amended by establishing limited parking zones in the City of
Cape Girardeau, Missouri , at the following location :
North Henderson Avenue, East side, from the northeast
corner of New Madrid and North Henderson to a point on the
East curb line of North Henderson nearest the southwest
corner of the North intersection of Sailer Circle and North
Henderson .
SECTION 2. If any section, subsection, sentence , clause,
phrase or portion of this ordinance is for any reason held
"' invalid or unconstitutional by any court of competent
jurisdiction, such portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct
and independent provision and such holding shall not affect the
validity of the remaining portions hereof .
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval .
