AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE CITY' S INTEREST IN
CERTAIN SEWER, UTILITY AND ACCESS EASEMENTS
IN CRITES FOURTH ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
CAPE GIRARDEAU
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION 1 . The City of Cape Girardeau hereby vacates its
interest in the permanent sewer and utility and access
easements along and adjacent to the side lot lines between Lots
23 and 24 and between Lots 24 and 25 of Crites Fourth Addition
as established on Plat and Dedication of Crites Fourth Addition
recorded on May 15, 1972, in Plat Book 10, Page 3 of the
records of the Recorder of Deeds of Cape Girardeau County,
Missouri .
SECTION 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to
execute such written instruments as may be deemed necessary to
carry out the intent of this ordinance .
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval .

me duly sworn, did say that he is the Mayor of the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, a Municipal Corporation of the State of
Missouri , and that the seal affixed to the foregoing instrument
is the seal of said City and that the said instrument was
signed and sealed in behalf of said City by authority of its
City Council and acknowledged said instrument to be the free
act and deed of said City.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and
affixed my official seal , at my office in Cape Girardeau,
Missouri , the day and year first above written .
