AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE G OF SECTION 26-114
OF THE CITY CODE LIMITTNG PARKING IN CAPAHA PARK
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOIIRI , AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION l . Schedule G of Section 26-114 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri , is hereby
amended by establishing two ( 2) hour parking zones at the
following location:
All drives and parking areas located in Capaha Park ,
between 8 : 00 o' clock A.M. and 4: 00 o' clock P.M. , Monday
through Friday.
SECTION 2. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause ,
phrase or portion of this ordinance is for any reason held
invalid or unconstitutional by any court of competent
jurisdiction, such portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct
and independent provision and such holding shall not affect the
validity of the remaining portions hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval .
