AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE GRADE OF LOMBARDO
DRIVE FROM A POINT 25. 8 FEET EAST OF LANDGRAF
DRIVE, EAST TO THE CENTER OF CLARK AVENUE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 . That the grade as hereinafter described shall
be the grade for the center of pavement of Lombardo Drive from
a point 25 . 8 feet east of Landgraf Drive, easterly 760 feet to
the center of Clark Avenue in the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri , and is in reference to Mean Sea Level .
SECTION 2. Begin at Station 0 + 5. 7 , 28 . 5 feet east of the
center of Landgraf Drive, at an elevation of 377 . 99 ; thence
east 169 . 3 feet with a descending grade of 0. 718� to an ele-
vation of 376 . 77 at Station 1 + 75 ; thence with a vertical
curve 40 feet to an elevation of 376 . 85 at Station 2 + 15 ;
thence with an ascending grade of 1 . 10�, 95 feet to an ele-
vation of 377 . 97 at Station 3 + 10 ; thence with a vertical
curve 140 feet to an elevation of 384 . 41 at Station 4 + 50 ;
thence with an ascending grade of 8 . 21�, 125 feet to an ele-
vation of 394 . 67 feet at Station 5 + 75 ; thence with a vertical
curve 150 feet to an elevation of 401 . 28 at Station 7 + 25 ;
thence with an ascending grade of 0. 6$, 41 . 2 feet to an ele-
vation of 401 . 66 at Station 7 + 66 . 22 and there terminating.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval .
