AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A NEW SECTION 20-38
OF THE CITY CODE SETTING FEES FOR THE CAPE
GIRARDEAU MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION 1 . Chapter 20 of the Code of Ordinances of the
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby amended by adding
the following Section 20-38:
"Sec . 20-38. Golf Course Fees.
The following fees are hereby established for use of the
golf course facilities :
ITEM FEE
Daily green fee : Weekday $ 5. 00
Daily green fee : Weekends $ 6 . 00
and holidays
Advanced green fee card :
individual $150 . 00
family $225. 00
senior individual $100 . 00
senior family $175. 00
Golf cart rental : 9 hole $ 6. 00
Golf cart rental : 18 hole $ 12. 00
Pull cart rental : all day $ 2. 00
Private cart use : 9 hole $ 2. 00
Private cart use : all day $ 4 . 00
SECTION 2. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause,
phrase or portion of this ordinance is for any reason held
invalid or unconstitutional by any court of competent
jurisdiction, such portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct
and independent provision and such holding shall not affect the
validity of the remaining portions hereof.
SECTION 3 . It is the intention of the governing body and
it is hereby ordained that the provisions of this ordinance
shall become and be made a part of the Code of Ordinances of

the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, and the sections of this
Code may be renumbered to accomplish such intention.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval .
