AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY MANAGER FORM ORDINANCE
N0. 995 ALLOWING MODIFICATION OF THE MASTER PLAN
FOR THE C-4 DISTRICT LOCATED AT 1809 NORTH KINGSHIGHWAY
WHEREAS, City Manager Form Ordinance No. 995, passed and
approved by the City Council on May 21 , 1975, rezoned certain
land, established the C-4 District located at 1809 North
Kingshighway and approved the Master Plan thereof on file with
the City Clerk ; and
WHEREAS, Mr . Dave Patrick , the owner of the C-4 District
located at 1809 North Kingshighway, has requested a
modification of the Master Plan to allow the construction of an
additional warehouse and to allow an addition to the existing
house to be used for office purposes and to provide additional
parking space ; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning and Zoning Commission, after a
public hearing, notice of which was properly published, all in
accordance with Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinanes of the City
of Cape Girardeau, Missouri , has recommended that the Master
Plan be amended as requested ; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Cape Girardeau has
held a public hearing, notice of which was properly published,
all in accordance with Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances of
the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri ; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has elected to approve the
request of Mr . Dave Patrick and amend the Master Plan
referenced in City Manager Form Ordinances No. 995 ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION l . City Manager Form Ordinance No. 995 is hereby
amended by replacing the Master Plan referenced in that
ordinance with the Master Plan on file with the City Clerk, a
copy of which is attached to this ordinance and made a part
hereof,
SECTION 2. City Manager Form Ordinance No. 995 is in all
other respects reaffirmed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval .
